A LITTLE ABOUT EPSILON CHI

A LETTER FROM OUR PRESIDENT

Welcome to the Epsilon Chi chapter of Alpha Chi Omega at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My name is Chloe Buchholtz, and it is an absolute honor to be serving as the 2026 Chapter President!

Alpha Chi Omega has been one of the greatest gifts of my college experience, and I will forever cherish the memories, opportunities, and friendships this chapter has given me. I still remember going through recruitment and immediately feeling a sense of belonging. The women I met were genuine, supportive, and unapologetically themselves, and I knew there was something special about this sisterhood. I could not imagine my college experience without Alpha Chi Omega.

From the moment I joined, I was welcomed with open arms and surrounded by women who encouraged me, challenged me, and celebrated me through every season of college life. As someone who grew up without sisters, one of the most meaningful parts of Alpha Chi Omega has been finding that sisterhood here. What began as a group of women I admired has become a family I can always count on. I am incredibly grateful to call every member of this chapter a sister for life.

Our chapter is deeply committed to Alpha Chi Omega’s philanthropy, Domestic Violence Awareness. Through fundraising, volunteer service, advocacy, and education, we strive to support individuals impacted by domestic violence and create meaningful change in our community. We are especially proud to partner with local organizations, including A Lotta Love and The Compass Center, whose work directly supports survivors and families throughout the Chapel Hill area.

At its core, Alpha Chi Omega is a place where women are empowered to be their authentic selves, pursue their goals, and become the strongest versions of themselves. This chapter has shaped me in countless ways and has helped me grow into the person and leader I am today. The unconditional love, support, and acceptance I have received from this sisterhood is something I will never take for granted.

It is truly an honor to serve as president of this chapter, and I am endlessly proud of the remarkable women who make Alpha Chi Omega such a special place. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our sisterhood. We cannot wait to share what makes Alpha Chi Omega feel like home.

Love,

Chloe Buchholtz
